Florida Prestigious Homes ("we," "us," or "our") is a real estate brokerage serving Orlando and Central Florida. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, buyer and seller inquiry forms, and related communications. When you contact us or complete an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, property address, buying or selling plans, preferred timing, and message. We may retain correspondence, form submissions, and records of your communication preferences and consent.
Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, and visit times through server logs, cookies, and similar tools. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, or other sensitive documents through a general inquiry form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested listing proposals, discuss properties, coordinate appointments, provide brokerage services, maintain our contact database, and manage follow-up. We also use it to operate and improve the website, protect against misuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
We use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector to receive form submissions, organize contact records, notify our team, and manage communications. Marketing communications are subject to your choices and any consent required by law. Requesting information does not itself authorize every type of marketing message.
Mobile information and text-message consent
We do not provide mobile information to outside parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Vendors helping us deliver customer support or communications may process information for those services. Text-message opt-in records and consent are not provided to outside parties for their own use.

Your choices and privacy requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, reply STOP to a text, or contact us to change your preferences. We may still need to send requested service or transaction communications through permitted channels. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us to make a request.
Retention and security
We keep information as needed for the purposes described here, including ongoing inquiries, services, consent and preference records, legal recordkeeping, and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on the information and the reason it is held.
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
External services and children
Links to listing portals, review platforms, and other external services lead to sites with their own policies. Review their notices before giving them information. This policy does not govern their independent practices.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
Updates and contact
