The 1.5 Percent listing-side fee

The advertised 1.5 Percent Listing Fee refers to the listing-side brokerage fee. It is not a quote for all costs of selling a property. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, is separately negotiated. Real estate commissions are negotiable.

Before deciding, request a written proposal stating the services, eligibility conditions, any minimum fee, additional charges, and other applicable terms for your property.
